Phase 0: Foundation (Weeks 1-4)

Goal: Working single-node mesh with real execution
Status: 🟡 In Progress (70% complete)

  • #1 Install Redis on unstable for mesh backplane
  • #2 Create mesh-backplane skill for claw-to-claw communication
