Mesh Seed

A self-extending autonomous work mesh.

Architecture

substrate/     - Backplane, ledger, registry (persistent)

# Start backplane

Principles

  1. Contract gating - All handoffs schema-validated
  2. Ephemeral workers - Spawn, work, die
  3. Continuous evolution - Experimental → Stable → Bone
  4. Nothing permanent - Weekly championships, no sacred pathways
  5. Historic replay - Continuous re-evaluation of past decisions
