Phase 6 completed — 25 new component tests + CI coverage gate

New test files (25):

  • navigation-menu, menubar, pagination, breadcrumb, command, carousel, calendar, chart, form, sidebar, resizable, scroll-area, input-otp, field, table, alert, alert-dialog, empty, item, kbd, spinner, sonner, input-group, button-group, collapsible

Changes:

  • All 25 test files follow the established pattern (data-slot, className, variant/props coverage)
  • Added IntersectionObserver polyfill to setup.ts for carousel
  • Added coverage thresholds to vitest.config.ts (lines: 20, functions: 15, branches: 10, statements: 20)
  • Fixed fake timer leaks in input-otp tests

Results: 101 test files, 582 tests — all passing. Coverage threshold enforced (no failure).
