ruff check . exits non-zero on the mesh-seed baseline. kilo-gsd is hard-gated on clean lint, so every dispatch on this repo fails preflight until this is resolved.

Current failure (1 error):

F401 [*] `json` imported but unused
  --> runtime/bone_registry.py:12:8
help: Remove unused import: `json`

Fix every lint error so ruff check . exits 0, with no behavioral changes. Original tickets (e.g. mesh-seed#260) are held until this lands.

Fix landed as commit 5696b69: removed unused json import in runtime/bone_registry.py (plus ruff format normalization of pre-existing whitespace drift in the same file). Verified: ruff check . exits 0; 41/41 bone-registry related tests pass. Held tickets (e.g. #260) are unblocked for kilo-gsd dispatch.
