Summary
A second post-deploy probe (kanban card t_a6238cf1) confirmed that the fix for issue #146 still has not landed. The fixit card t_4d6b7fa0 was marked as completed but no code was committed to fix the issue — same pattern as the first failed attempt documented in #152.
Findings
@ts-nocheckand uses the same Radix UI Switch bindingsRecurring Pattern
This is the second time a fixit card for #146 has completed without landing:
Issues #145 and #148 were fixed successfully in the same timeframe, suggesting the fixit pipeline works but #146's fix is failing at the implementation or gate stage.
Steps to Reproduce
Expected Behavior
Settings page interactive elements should respond to user clicks and toggle their state correctly after two fix cycles.
Actual Behavior
No fix has been applied after two separate fixit attempts. The issue remains open and fully reproducible.
