Three pages render a completely blank main content area when there is no data:

Metrics — blank page, console shows 1 silent JS error
Calendar — blank page, console shows 1 silent JS error
Data Export — blank page, no error

None of these pages show:

An empty state illustration or message
A loading spinner
Guidance text telling the user how to populate data
Any interactive controls (for Data Export this means zero export buttons visible)

Steps to reproduce

Navigate to Metrics (/metrics) on a fresh install
See blank content area
Navigate to Calendar (/calendar)
See blank content area
Navigate to Data (/data)
See blank content area

Expected behavior

Each page should display a proper empty state explaining what the page is for and how to start using it, matching the pattern used by the People page ("No one here yet" with action button) and Family page ("No family events" with + Add button).
