Summary

The post-deploy probe for issue #148 found that the fix never landed. The fixit card t_91c984e4 was marked as completed by the kilo-gsd-runner profile, but the kilo-gsd process crashed during the Research phase and no code was committed.

Findings

  1. Issue #148 is still OPEN - closed_at is null, state is "open"
  2. Fixit card t_91c984e4 completed prematurely - the kilo-gsd-runner marked the card as done when kilo-gsd crashed, not when the fix was committed
  3. kilo-gsd crashed during Phase 1 (Research) - the tmux_kill() function at line 466 sent Ctrl+C which the main Python process caught as KeyboardInterrupt
  4. No code was committed to any branch on this repo
  5. No PRs exist for this issue

Root Cause

The kilo-gsd fix pipeline has a race/dispatch bug: tmux_kill() sends Ctrl+C to the process group, which terminates the main Python process (caught as KeyboardInterrupt) before any fix code is written. The outer dispatch then reports success (exit 0) even though the inner work never completed.

Actual Behavior

Fixit card t_91c984e4 shows as "completed" but issue #148 remains open with no fix on any branch.

Expected Behavior

Fixit card should only complete when (a) fix code is committed to a branch, (b) the issue is verified as resolved, and (c) the issue is closed.

Kanban Reference

This finding was filed by kanban probe card t_d5ae47a4 (qa board, reporter lane).

Service Health

Vite dev server is up and healthy (HTTP 200 on ports 5173, 5174). No infrastructure issues.

Commit d5f3efd (fix(#148): add empty states and tests for Metrics, Calendar, Data Export) is already on origin/main. The fixit card t_91c984e4 crashed during its Research phase, but the fix landed separately. Closing this findit report as resolved.
