Bug

The "Add Your First Person" button on the People page's empty state does not open the AddPersonDrawer form. Clicking the button produces 2 JavaScript errors (silent, swallowed by error boundary) and no visible UI change.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Navigate to the People page on a fresh install (empty state)
  2. Click the green "Add Your First Person" button
  3. Nothing happens — no drawer, no modal, no form appears

Expected behavior

The AddPersonDrawer should slide up from the bottom with a form to create a new contact (name, phone, email, relationship type, etc.).

Technical notes

  • The button is rendered by the EmptyState component in src/components/EmptyState.tsx with onAction={openAddDrawer}
  • openAddDrawer() calls setDrawerOpen(true) on the People page (src/pages/People.tsx line 344)
  • AddPersonDrawer exists at src/pages/people/AddPersonDrawer.tsx and receives isOpen={drawerOpen}
  • The error boundary catches 2 JS exceptions but no error message is logged (see #148 — console.error stripping)
  • No console warning, no red screen in dev mode

Environment

  • Build: dev server (Vite)
  • Browser: Chromium
  • No people exist in the database (fresh state)

Fixed by React duplicate resolution (optimizeDeps.exclude + watch.ignored). AddPersonDrawer now opens correctly on click.
