Shipped in commit c8153ba on origin/main.

Added an in-editor "Load Design..." dropdown between the Save group and Export on the editor header. Lists every other saved design (filtered by current row, sorted newest-first), writes the same { id, ...snapshot } envelope to tc_workspace_snapshot that the Gallery's "Open in Editor" affordance (#111) writes, then force-reloads /editor via window.location.assign so loadInitialPaths / readLoadedDesignId re-initialize against the new row.

Unsaved-changes guard mirrors the #184 back-nav prompt — same window.confirm shape, same messaging tone. Cancel leaves the editor untouched; accept rewrites the envelope and reloads. Empty-state row in the dropdown guides users who have nothing else saved yet.

10 new tests in src/pages/issue-228.test.tsx: trigger visibility, gallery filtering, sort order, item click, empty-state, bridge envelope shape, full reload, and unsaved-changes confirm cancel/accept branches. Full repo suite: 1133 tests passing, lint + tsc clean.

Refs #184 (same unsaved-changes concern), #111 (parallel direction), #207 (sibling Editor -> Workspace affordance), #187 (Save-as-New escape hatch for users who want to fork before loading a different design).
