The 'Load…' dropdown the issue body asked for was already shipped by c8153ba (feat(#228): Editor 'Load Design...' dropdown) — FolderOpen trigger, recent designs sorted newest-first, current row filtered, snapshot-less rows dropped, force-reload via window.location.assign so loadInitialPaths re-runs against the new row. The body noted that this issue (#231) is a sub-aspect of #228.

This commit (14f737e) adds the missing piece the body suggested: a 'Browse all designs' footer in the same dropdown that navigates to /gallery, so users who want the full list (not just the top 5 most-recent) have an in-editor escape hatch without bouncing through /workspace first. Footer renders after a separator, only when at least one other design is loadable (the empty-state branch already guides users to Save first). Editor.tsx wires it through the same unsaved-changes confirm handleLoadDifferent uses, since any nav away from /editor risks losing in-progress edits.

1156 tests pass (1152 → 1156), lint + tsc clean. 4 new tests in issue-228.test.tsx cover the footer behavior; full DropdownMenu mock was patched to include DropdownMenuSeparator so the existing 10 tests still pass.
