Superseded — decomposition executed against the parent epic pc2cad#23 on 2026-06-23 after the architecture decision landed (FreeCAD dropped, OCP + build123d only).

The 6 phase children now live on pc2cad#41–#46 with triage-approved only. Each carries the full spec for its phase (Goal / Approach / Files / Acceptance). Closing this ticket as superseded — the work product is in the children of #23, not in children of #25.
