Summary

The Agent model has an embedding field but the initial migration (0001) does not include it. AgentView.getitem raises IndexError when reading row["embedding"] from the agents table.

Fix: Migration 0002 adds ALTER TABLE agents ADD COLUMN embedding TEXT DEFAULT .

Verification: All 23 ledger tests pass, ruff lint clean.

Closes #258
