docs/reference/FACTORY_PATTERN.md is outdated after the terminology refactoring (commit a10e79f). It references deleted factories and old paths.

Deleted factories still listed:

Line 23: capability_factory - DELETED (overlapped with worker_factory)
Line 26: meta_factory - DELETED (abstract for future)

Old paths:

Lines 92-94: capabilities/_muscle/prompt_factory/ → should be primitives/_muscle/prompt_factory/
Lines 193, 207, 221, 234, 247, 260: All capabilities/ paths need updating

Missing docs still referenced:

Line 305: CHAMPIONSHIPS.md - does not exist
Line 306: RUMINATION.md - does not exist
Line 307: CAPABILITY_EVOLUTION.md - does not exist

Status claims outdated:

Line 4: "All 7 factories implemented" → should be "5 factories implemented"
Line 29: References capabilities/_shared/factory_llm.py → primitives/_shared/factory_llm.py
