Fix all Real-bug mypy errors in the Mark/osint-hub backend (335 errors across 70 files at origin/main @ 9931443), in the categories [assignment], [arg-type], [return-value], [attr-defined], [misc], [valid-type], [call-arg]. Apply code fixes (not # type: ignore) with an inline justification comment per fix, then re-run cd backend && mypy app/ --config-file ../pyproject.toml and confirm those error codes are gone. Per-error classification (file:line, code, reason, proposed fix) is in the parent kanban card artifact t_32c522a2 (mypy_classification.md/json in its workspace). Out of scope: [import-untyped] and [no-untyped-def] (other batches); [misc] bucket is mostly 158 errors in one ClassVar pattern — handle via the structural base.py fix in the classification. Acceptance: zero in-scope-category mypy errors and every fix has an inline justification comment. Sub-issue of #109 (umbrella mypy debt).

kilo-gsd-runner could not dispatch: pre-dispatch gate blocked by leftover .worktrees/t_5df1a1a4 (from prior #117 run — worktree has uncommitted modifications and is not registered as ignored). Janitor needs to git worktree remove .worktrees/t_5df1a1a4 (force, since untracked files inside), or the gate script needs a .worktrees/ exclusion. No in-progress label was added; the issue remains in triage-approved state.
