Closing this PR. The two workflow files (.forgejo/workflows/ci.yml and deploy-nodehub.yml) are mergeable but my FORGEJO_ACCESS_TOKEN lacks merge perms on joe/mcp-directory (HTTP 403). Per the no-merge equivalent-outcome path, the work can be re-opened and merged by someone who has admin perms on this repo.
