.kilo/ is a kilo-gsd working directory (per-user planning scratch).
It should not be tracked in git — kilo-gsd regenerates .kilo/plans/*.md
on each run and tracked plans block preflight gates / pollute diffs.

Currently tracked in this repo: 1 file(s).
Sample: .kilo/plans/redlens-4-api-data-layer-state-management.md

Fix:

Append .kilo/ to .gitignore
git rm -r --cached .kilo/
Commit: chore: gitignore .kilo/ working notes
Push to origin/main

Local .kilo/ contents are preserved on disk (just no longer tracked).

Closed manually: commit 21fa8b6 already landed on origin/main with the .kilo/ gitignore and removal of tracked plans. The auto-close from kilo-gsd did not fire (forgejo-ingress body-rewrite prevented the lane from finding the issue reference).

Correction: the actual landed commit is 62f0efe (chore: gitignore .kilo/ working notes (#45), HEAD of origin/main). The earlier 21fa8b6 was the kilo-gsd pre-bugfix attempt that was rejected by the remote with fetch-first; the bugfix agent re-pulled and re-committed the same change as 62f0efe after a7956ea.
