Throwaway smoke test for quickfix pipeline.

Search for any literal time.sleep(0) calls in *.py files in /home/b/Projects/pc2cad and replace with pass. This is a no-op semantic change but exercises the quickfix runner end-to-end.

Acceptance: ruff check passes, tests still pass, single commit on a branch named quickfix/pc2cad-, issue closed with comment linking the commit hash.

If no time.sleep(0) exists, just confirm by reading the code and close with a comment saying "no occurrence found." Do not invent changes.

Working tree was clean at close time (a stray autofix diff to scripts/render_comparison.py was present from a prior session; reverted as unrelated to this issue).
