[BUG] CLI interface (launcher/index.js) lacks parity with API - missing restart, delete, pull, stage commands #35

Problem

The CLI in launcher/index.js only supports 4 commands: launch, stop, status, logs. However, the REST API supports many more operations that are accessible from the UI but not from the CLI.

Missing CLI commands:

  • restart - Restart an app
  • delete - Delete an app instance
  • pull - Pull latest from git repo
  • list - List all apps
  • stage / start - Stage and launch workflows
  • env - Environment variable management
  • deploy - Deploy from git repository

Impact

  • CLI users are limited to basic operations
  • Inconsistent documentation (README lists CLI, but CLI is incomplete)
  • No headless automation capability for advanced operations
