Full CRUD: 3 models, 4 schemas, 1 CRUD module, 3 API routers for nodes/links/subnets. Zero mentions in README, API.md, architecture.md, or data_model.md. Zero tests, zero frontend.
Fixed #19: Added Network Topology Module section to README.md documenting NetworkNode, NetworkLink, and Subnet models with field tables, CRUD operations (nodes/links/subnets), and API router endpoints (/api/v1/network/{customer_id}/nodes, /api/v1/network/{customer_id}/links, /api/v1/subnets/{customer_id}).
