Overview

Integrate project memory context into intent routing pipeline.

Details

Modify runtime/intent_router.py:

Integration points:

Check for conversation_id in intent payload
If conversation_id present, assemble project context
Inject assembled context into intent before routing
Track conversation-intent linkage in memory system
Update conversation status based on intent completion

Context injection:

if conversation_id := intent.get("conversation_id"):
    context = memory_manager.assemble_context(conversation_id)
    intent["project_context"] = context.to_dict()

Tracking:

Link intents to conversations
Record turn from intent execution
Update todo status on completion

Acceptance Criteria

Context injected for intents with conversation_id
Working memory in context matches recent turns
Episodes retrieved via semantic similarity
TODOs included in context
No performance regression in routing
