Overview

Create database schema migration for project memory system with 7 new tables.

Details

Add to substrate/ledger.py:

  • project_memory - Project containers with goals, status, configuration
  • conversations - Extended from original #73, adds project_id, episode_id, compression tracking
  • conversation_turns - Extended with content_hash for deduplication, artifact links
  • memory_episodes - Compressed session summaries with embeddings
  • memory_facts - Extracted structured facts with deduplication
  • project_todos - Task tracking with dependencies
  • artifact_links - Project-artifact associations

Acceptance Criteria

  • All 7 tables created via migration
  • Indexes on project_id, conversation_id, episode_id
  • Foreign key constraints validated
  • Backwards compatible with existing data
