Implementation details:

  • mutmut 3.6.0 installed and configured in pyproject.toml
  • tests/run_mutation_tests.sh runner (quick/full/report modes)
  • tests/MUTATION_TESTING.md documentation with baseline results
  • Verified: quick smoke test passes on substrate/utils.py (84% kill rate)
