Forgejo 13.0.4 + the self-hosted runner cannot resolve
'uses: https://github.com/<org>/<repo>.git@<ref>' — every push after
commit 76addd43 wedges at ~3s with no job output. The runner itself
is healthy (klipper-firmware et al. run fine), the workflow is the
problem.

The short-name form 'actions/checkout@v4' / 'oven-sh/setup-bun@v2'
worked green on this repo through run #3537 (commit 894b5985).
Reverting to that form.

Pre-existing errors that masked the wedge:
- use-mobile.test.ts: cast through unknown (TS2352)
- useQuotaStore.test.ts: init account=null (TS2454); drop unused PlanAccount type
  import (no-unused-vars) and unused a2 assignment
- pricing.test.ts: drop unused mockFetchError helper (no-unused-vars)

Without these the lint job fails; runner wedges from
actions/checkout resolution hide this in normal CI logs.

After commit 76addd43's URL swap, the runner resolved oven-sh/setup-bun
through data.forgejo.org's action mirror and got the latest main-branch
v2, which now declares runs.using: node24. The runner's job container
is node:20-bookworm (from the default ubuntu-latest runner), and
act/forgejo-runner only supports node12-node20. Result: the action is
read but never executed, then the post step is skipped and the job fails.

The runner log (run #6540) shows the exact diagnostic:

  The runs.using key in action.yml must be one of: [composite docker
  node12 node16 node20 go], got node24

Pin to the v2.0.2 SHA (735343b) which still declares node20, matching
the runner. Comment in the workflow explains why.
