Phase 6 complete: App shell and native wrapper tests

Created two new test files with 59 new tests:

  1. src/__tests__/App.test.tsx (10 tests) — Router smoke tests:

    • Renders without crashing
    • Verifies HashRouter with Routes structure
    • Layout wrapper renders
    • LoadingFallback with Spinner during lazy loading
    • Home page renders at /
    • Route structure validation (/, /people, /people/:id, /log, /dates, /settings)
    • Lazy load verification for all 6 page components
    • ErrorBoundary wrapping per route
    • Memory router integration

  2. src/lib/native/__tests__/plugin-wrappers.test.ts (49 tests) — Integration tests covering all Capacitor native plugin wrappers:

    • Contacts import: web fallback, native permission grant/deny, contact-to-Person mapping
    • Camera: web file input fallback, native getPhoto, permission grant/deny, error handling
    • Haptics: all 8 haptic methods (light/medium/heavy/success/warning/error/selection/alert), web no-op, native calls, setHapticsEnabled toggle, impact styles and notification types
    • Notifications: web no-op for all 5 functions, native schedule/cancel with permissions, pending notification filtering
    • Share: clipboard fallback on web, native Share.share, file download fallback on web, native Filesystem+Share flow
    • Status bar: web no-op, native dark/light style, hide/show
    • use-native barrel: platform detection, native toast, nativeGet/nativeSet with localStorage and Preferences
    • Cross-plugin interactions: all plugins return early on web, all delegate to Capacitor on native, all handle errors gracefully

Also enhanced src/lib/native/use-native.test.ts with useAppState and useBackButton hook tests, and removed the placeholder src/test/app.test.ts.

All 613 tests pass across 31 test files.
