Fixes CI failures from security sweep commit 47e9024f.

Three jobs were failing on dev:

lint:report: 'new Function()' in N00dles.ts triggered @typescript-eslint/no-implied-eval (Easter egg obfuscation). Suppress per-line.
format:report: src/utils/helpers/safeMathEval.ts missing trailing newline at EOF.
test: convertAmountString threw 'Unexpected token: -' because safeMathEval's parseFactor did not handle unary minus. When MAX/PROD/INV is substituted with a negative number, the result starts with '-'.

Verified locally: lint:report OK, format:report OK, jest 4397/4397 passing.

Three CI jobs were failing on the security sweep commit (47e9024f):
- lint:report: 'new Function()' triggered @typescript-eslint/no-implied-eval
  in src/utils/helpers/N00dles.ts (Easter egg used Function as a
  stand-in for eval, which eslint still flags). Suppress per-line.
- format:report: src/utils/helpers/safeMathEval.ts was missing a
  trailing newline at EOF.
- test: convertAmountString tests threw 'Unexpected token: -'
  because safeMathEval's parseFactor could not handle unary minus.
  When MAX/PROD/INV is substituted with a negative number, the
  resulting expression starts with '-'. Add sign-aware consume.

Verified locally with npm ci (Node 24), npm run lint:report,
npx prettier -c ., and npx jest (51 suites, 4397 tests passing).
