AWM PromptPack Bootstrap

This project implements an Autonomous Workflow Model (AWM) for bootstrapping software development projects using AI-assisted workflows. It provides a structured approach to transform project ideas into executable code through a series of automated prompts and processes.

Overview

The AWM PromptPack Bootstrap is a meta-framework that guides the creation of software projects from initial concept to implementation. It follows a sequential pipeline of prompts that progressively refine and materialize project specifications into executable code.

Usage

zip and upload along with awm.1.zip to project. Initialize AWM with:

Load awm.zip. 
Load awm-promptpack-bootstrap-v6.zip. 
Execute the bootstrap workflow.

Architecture

The system operates through five core prompts that form a workflow pipeline:

1. Project Specification (00_project_spec.prompt.md)

• Converts high-level project descriptions into structured YAML specifications
• Accepts either plaintext descriptions or structured specifications as input
• Outputs a complete /project_state/project_spec.yaml file

2. MVP Contract Derivation (01_mvp_contract.prompt.md)

• Generates a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) contract based on the project specification
• Defines the core features and requirements for the MVP
• Outputs /project_state/mvp_contract.yaml

3. Execution Shape Definition (02_execution_shape.prompt.md)

• Determines the execution strategy and architecture for the project
• Defines how the project will be implemented and organized
• Outputs /project_state/execution_shape.yaml

4. Stack Lock (03_stack_lock.prompt.md)

• Locks down the technology stack and dependencies for the project
• Ensures consistent and reproducible development environments
• Outputs /project_state/stack_lock.yaml

5. Coding Prompt Generator (04_coding_prompt_generator.prompt.md)

• Compiles all previous outputs into executable coding prompts
• Generates the final implementation prompts that guide code generation
• Outputs /generated_prompts/P4_execute_mvp.codex.prompt.md

Bootstrap Process

The BOOTSTRAP_full_visible_execution.prompt.md file orchestrates the entire workflow by executing prompts 00 through 04 in sequence. It follows a strict presentation format with these phases:

• [P2 PLAN] - Outline the implementation strategy
• [P3 EXECUTE] - Execute the planned actions
• [P5 REVIEW] - Evaluate the results
• [P6 ARCHIVE] - Document and store outcomes

Usage
