.kilo/ is a kilo-gsd working directory (per-user planning scratch).
It should not be tracked in git — kilo-gsd regenerates .kilo/plans/*.md
on each run and tracked plans block preflight gates / pollute diffs.

Currently tracked in this repo: 1 file(s).
Currently no tracked files.

Fix:

Append .kilo/ to .gitignore
git rm -r --cached .kilo/
Commit: chore: gitignore .kilo/ working notes
Push to origin/main

Local .kilo/ contents are preserved on disk (just no longer tracked).

Watcher recovery: kilo-gsd committed chore: gitignore .kilo/ working notes (#33) locally but the push was rejected because origin/main advanced (rerun CI empty commit landed between fetch and push). Rebased onto origin/main and pushed as 6c41977.

Closing this issue; .kilo/ is now gitignored.

Closed manually: commit 6c41977 already landed on origin/main with the .kilo/ gitignore and removal of tracked plans. The auto-close from kilo-gsd did not fire (forgejo-ingress body-rewrite prevented the lane from finding the issue reference). Work verified on disk.
