Scope: small. Implement POST /v1/threads/resolve.

Forked from #25 (closed by decompose). Add route handler to app.py that reads colors: [...] from body, loads catalog JSON in-process, returns {matches: [{src, best, deltaE, alternatives}, ...]}.

Vectorize: pre-compute catalog Lab once, use numpy for Delta-E. ~80 lines. Malformed input (missing colors, invalid hex) → 422 with structured error envelope.
