Scope

Wire the synthesizer (Module A) → Vikunja milestone → kanban swarm cards flow.

This milestone

  1. The synthesizer creates the Vikunja milestone + child tasks, then produces
    swarm cards via the existing kanban swarm verb.
  2. Trial gate + verifier backtest per Module M before apply.

Acceptance / verification

  1. Hand-craft a small design doc
  2. Confirm a Vikunja milestone with child tasks is created
  3. Confirm the swarm cards route correctly

Renumbered from M-PM-4 → M-PM-3 (old M-PM-2 sync dropped, M-PM-3 profile became
M-PM-2).
