make lint is red on main: ruff check src/ tests/ workers/ reports 27 errors (18 F401 unused imports, 4 F541 f-string without placeholders, 2 F811 redefinitions, 3 F841 unused vars) across ~20 files, and ruff format --check would reformat 40 files. Baseline debt predating the CronScheduler removal. Verification: run source .venv/bin/activate && ruff check src/ tests/ workers/ && ruff format --check src/ tests/ workers/.
