Slice S4: Confirmation gate: voice NEVER silently writes -- open the LogInteraction form, user confirms

Out of scope (per parent): iOS SiriKit, voice transcription of conversation notes.

Note: S5 (Play Console registration) is a human gate between releases -- not in the runner.
