Summary

Follow-up to Mark/easystitch#91 (Progress callback wiring - closed 2026-06-26).

Two real coverage gaps from the #89 design doc were dropped during Implement's simplification.

Acceptance

Add tests/test_progress_callback.py::test_process_callback_svg_input_skips_raster_stage - asserts no raster_to_vector event in the callback sequence when input is SVG bytes.
Add tests/test_progress_callback.py::test_service_digitize_bridge_captures_all_stage_events - asserts that POSTing to /v1/digitize populates the handler progress-event buffer with the full stage sequence.
