Severity: Low

File: Repository root — missing

Issue: The MVP contract lists "HACS-compatible structure (optional but recommended)" under release_artifacts, but no hacs.json exists at the repo root. Without this file, HACS (Home Assistant Community Store) users cannot easily install this integration as a custom repository.

Fix: Add hacs.json:
