Summary

The config flow mode selector only offers "cloud" as an option, making it impossible to select "self_hosted" mode through the UI.

Expected behavior

Both "cloud" and "self_hosted" should be selectable in the mode dropdown. The strings.json already has translations for both modes.

Impact

Users who want to use a self-hosted Bumper server or custom MQTT broker cannot configure it through the UI.

Suggested fix

Add InstanceMode.SELF_HOSTED.value to the options list in the mode selector.
