Thin wrapper that:

  • Detects if URL is YouTube with captions → uses existing media:youtube-content (faster, free)
  • Otherwise → calls the transcribe CLI
  • Transforms output: same formats as youtube-content (chapters / summary / chapter summaries / thread / blog / quotes)
  • Default format: summary if user didn't specify

File: ~/.hermes/skills/media/whisper-transcribe/SKILL.md + scripts/run.sh (or invoke the Python entry point)

Depends on: issue #3 (CLI must exist first).
