pytest fails during collection because tests/test_api_client.py imports responses which is not listed in requirements.txt.

Evidence

ERROR tests/test_api_client.py - ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'responses'

Structural smoke tests (test_structure.py) pass fine.

Severity

YELLOW Medium - API client mock tests can never run.

Fix

Add responses to requirements.txt or test dependencies.
