Problem

Transcripts are stored in Room and viewable only within the app. There is no way to:

Share a transcript via Android share sheet (text, plain text file)
Export to markdown
Export to PDF
Copy individual segments or full session to clipboard

Location

Throughout UI - no share/export actions exist anywhere

Suggested approach

Add a share button to TranscriptDetailScreen
On share, build a plain text or markdown representation of the session with speaker labels, timestamps, and segments
Use Intent.ACTION_SEND with text/plain for basic sharing
Optionally add a "Copy" action for individual segments

This is a relatively small lift that significantly increases the app's utility.
