Phase 4: Rich notes support

Add support for notes metadata: tags, cross-references, pinned notes, markdown rendering.

Changes needed:

Add notes_tags table (session_id, tag TEXT) to Room schema
Add notes_crossref table (source_session_id, target_session_id, note TEXT) to Room schema
Add is_pinned INTEGER DEFAULT 0 to RecordingSession entity
Markdown rendering via Compose Markdown library in session detail view
