Description

The TranscriptDetailScreen already has per-segment speaker/subject dropdowns, but it doesn't use SessionTag time-ranges to:

Show speaker-colored transcript lines (color the text card border or background with the speaker's colorHex)
Show topic boundary markers between segments when a topic change occurs
Display a topic timeline bar above the transcript showing colored segments per subject

Scope

In TranscriptDetailScreen, for each segment:
- If the segment has a speakerId, show a colored left border on the card using speaker.colorHex
- If the segment has a subjectId, show a subject chip label above the segment text
Add topic boundary markers: when the subject changes between consecutive segments, insert a visual divider with the new subject name
Add a compact "Topic Timeline" composable at the top of the detail screen:
- Horizontal bar showing colored segments proportional to time
- Each segment colored by subject, labeled with subject name
- Tappable — scrolls to the first segment of that topic
In SearchResultCard, show speaker name and subject name when available (currently shows only text)

Acceptance Criteria

Speaker-colored left borders on segment cards in TranscriptDetailScreen
Topic boundary dividers when subject changes between segments
Topic Timeline horizontal bar at the top of TranscriptDetailScreen
Search results show speaker name and subject chip when available
Tapping a topic timeline segment scrolls to that topic in the transcript
