The Subjects hierarchy screen is not implemented despite AGENTS.md and the data model claiming it. The Subjects entry in the Manage screen only offers an "Add Subject" button (name-only dialog). There is no list, no hierarchy view, no rename, no delete, no parent/child navigation.

Data model exists

Subject entity has parentId for hierarchical relationships (AGENTS.md: "Subject: id, name, parentId (hierarchical)"). The SubjectRepository, SubjectDao (in data/database/dao/), and RepositoryModule Hilt wiring exist.

Missing UI

No SubjectsScreen.kt file — search_files for fun SubjectsScreen in app/src/main/java/com/voicetranscriber/ui/screens/ returns zero matches
No route registered in MainScreen.kt's NavHost for a Subjects destination (verified: only composable(Screen.Speakers.route) { ... } is registered, no composable(Screen.Subjects.route))
The "Subjects / Add Subject" section in the Manage screen only shows the Add dialog

Impact

Users cannot list, view, edit, or delete subjects after creating them
The parentId hierarchy is not user-editable through the UI
The "Keyword Rules" section in Manage references subjects (e.g. "→ (unknown subject) (60%)") but the user has no way to manage them beyond adding new ones
Recording subjects (per AGENTS.md's "Subject chip row" feature) cannot be managed

Suggested fix

Build SubjectsScreen.kt mirroring SpeakersScreen.kt: list all subjects with their parent hierarchy (tree view), inline rename, long-press to delete, and a "New Subject" FAB. Register it in MainScreen.kt's NavHost under Screen.Subjects.route and wire the click from Manage.

Reported by Hermes on 2026-09-10 during smoke testing of v1.0 (build from 93b7fd1) on Fire HD KFTRWI.
