Location: src/App.tsx:1-28

Problem: 28 icon imports from lucide-react at top level. While named imports are tree-shakeable, some may be unused.

Impact: Marginal bundle size reduction.

Fix: Run vite build --report to audit actual icon usage. Remove or convert any unused icons to dynamic imports. Verify tree-shaking is working.
