Add React Router (react-router-dom) and create the main app layout with:

• Navigation sidebar
• Top bar / header
• Page routing structure
• Dark/light mode toggle (next-themes already in deps)

Currently App.tsx just shows a placeholder card. Need a proper routed layout.
