Missing robots.txt and sitemap.xml for SEO.

  • public/ has no robots.txt or sitemap.xml

Impact: Search crawlers have no directives. No sitemap submitted to search console.

Fix: Add public/robots.txt: User-agent: * Allow: / Sitemap: /sitemap.xml
