Manifest exists but no service worker for PWA install.

  • public/manifest.json exists but no SW in build
  • vite.config.ts has no vite-plugin-pwa

Impact: Lighthouse PWA audit fails. No offline support.

Fix: Add vite-plugin-pwa with runtime caching for static assets and Three.js bundle. Enable "install" prompt.
