3D viewport has no accessible text alternative or keyboard navigation.

Viewport3D.tsx:198 - Canvas without aria attributes
AssemblyRenderer.tsx:34-44 - onClick handlers without keyboard equivalent

Impact: Screen readers cannot access part selection. Interactive meshes invisible to AT.

Fix: Add aria-label to Canvas. Add hidden <ul list of part names with keyboard shortcuts (arrow keys to cycle, Enter to select).
