No prefers-reduced-motion handling for animations.

index.css missing media query
transition-* classes everywhere (LeftSidebar, BottomToolbar, etc)

Impact: WCAG 2.3.3 violation. Vestibular disorder users get unwanted motion.

Fix: Add to index.css:

@media (prefers-reduced-motion: reduce) {
  *, *::before, *::after {
    animation-duration: 0.01ms !important;
    transition-duration: 0.01ms !important;
  }
}
