Template thumbnail images are oversized 1184x864 JPGs without lazy loading.

  • public/table-standard.jpg: 1184x864 (~44KB)
  • public/shelf-utility.jpg: 1184x864 (~52KB)
  • public/table-trestle.jpg: 1184x864 (~44KB)
  • public/workbench-heavy.jpg: 1184x864 (~44KB)
  • LeftSidebar.tsx:62 - no width/height, no loading attr

Impact: CLS risk. LCP delay. 184KB total image payload.

Fix: Convert to WebP 280x160px. Add width/height attributes. Add loading="lazy" and srcset for retina.
