viewport meta tag blocks user zoom on mobile.

  • index.html:5 - maximum-scale=1.0 user-scalable=no

Impact: WCAG 2.1 1.4.4 violation. Low-vision users cannot zoom.

Fix: Remove these attributes. Keep only width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0.
