Problem

The current InvestigationControlPanel is basic - it only shows status and has simple pause/resume/cancel buttons. For agentic OSINT, analysts need:

Real-time agent thought display
Visibility into tool calls and results
Intervention controls (approve/reject entities)
Progress indicators (modules, entities, cost, time)
Saturation warnings

Proposed Solution

Complete rewrite of InvestigationControlPanel with:

Components to Create

AgentThoughtStream - Display LLM reasoning as it happens
ToolCallLog - Show each tool call with expandable results
EntityApprovalQueue - Approve/reject discovered entities
InvestigationProgress - Modules completed, entities found, cost, time
SaturationWarning - Alert when investigation is saturating

Features

Real-time agent thought display with timestamps
Expandable/collapsible tool call details
Entity approval queue with approve/reject/skip
Progress bars for investigation metrics
Cost tracker display
Saturation detection alerts
