Problem

The current investigation detail shows a linear list of steps. For complex investigations:

No visual timeline of steps with timing
No view of parallel operations
No way to see step dependencies
No zoom in/out on time ranges

Proposed Solution

Create an investigation timeline component:

Frontend Changes

InvestigationTimeline component
- Gantt-style view of investigation steps
- Color-coded by module type
- Shows timing and duration
- Parallel operations displayed on separate tracks
- Zoom in/out on time ranges
- Click to expand step details
Integration with existing InvestigationDetail
- Toggle between list view and timeline view
- Sync selection between views

Files to Create/Modify

frontend/src/components/InvestigationTimeline.jsx (new)
frontend/src/components/InvestigationDetail.jsx - add view toggle

Acceptance Criteria

Timeline shows all investigation steps with timing
Parallel operations displayed on separate tracks
User can zoom in/out on time ranges
Clicking step shows details
View toggle works between list and timeline
